Since its establishment in 2003, Zhejiang Jindao Technology Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the industrial vehicle transmission industry, specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of transmissions for forklifts and other industrial vehicles. The company provides comprehensive transmission system solutions for industrial vehicles. With advanced technology, reliable product quality, and excellent after-sales service, Jindao has earned the trust of both domestic and international forklift OEMs. It has established long-term, stable partnerships with major Chinese forklift manufacturers such as Heli and Hangcha Group. In recent years, the company has actively expanded into global markets, successfully entering the supply chains of leading international forklift manufacturers including Toyota, Mitsubishi Logisnext, KION Group, Jungheinrich, Doosan, Clark, and Hyster. Jindao is among the few Chinese companies to be recognized as a supplier by the world’s top ten forklift OEMs.

Building on years of deep expertise in industrial vehicle transmission systems, the company has mastered the core technologies of forklift transmissions, wet drive axles, and related products, holding more than 100 proprietary R&D achievements. In 2024, Jindao sold approximately 200,000 units of electric, hydrodynamic, and mechanical products, achieving a domestic market share of about 15%. Hydrodynamic products accounted for around 50% of revenue, electric products for about 30%, while international customers contributed approximately 20% of total revenue.

The company was an early mover in the field of new energy forklift transmissions and has obtained multiple invention patents for electric transmissions. With the industry’s accelerating electrification trend, Jindao’s products have demonstrated outstanding advantages in vibration and noise reduction, transmission efficiency, and service life, driving rapid growth of this business segment in recent years. For major customers’ new energy and high-end hydrodynamic products, more than 90% of R&D projects have been undertaken and completed by Jindao.

Adhering to the philosophy of innovation-driven growth, Jindao continues to strengthen its investment in cutting-edge technologies, product innovation, and upgrades. The company has already mastered core technologies for advanced integrated products such as high-voltage lithium battery transmissions, intelligent floating transmissions, dual-in-one, and triple-in-one systems, and is actively promoting their industrialization. Meanwhile, Jindao is also expanding into medium- and high-power transmissions and axle-housing products for construction machinery, with the potential to replace imports in these fields in the future.
